Can I include my subcontractors?

With Sablono Flow, you can fully involve your subcontractors. It’s designed for seamless cross-company collaboration, giving each trade access to only the activities relevant to them and enabling structured trade-to-trade handovers.

Track & Trace supports collaboration only within your own company.

What is an active user? An active user is anyone who has accessed Sablono during a given period—whether to simply review information or to actively contribute by updating project statuses.

What is an activity?

An activity represents a specific task you want to manage and track in Sablono—typically a construction task. For example, the trade Dryliners might perform the activity QA1-1 Install Head Track / Cut Where Required in Apartment 305.

Project size is calculated based on the total number of planned activities. For instance, a project with 200 apartments and a fit-out process of 40 activities per unit would result in 8,000 activities.

Can I export my project? Yes, all Sablono packages allow you to export all relevant reports to PDFs as well as your data in CSV format from app.sablono.com. This also includes QA Checklist reports if you are using the Trace package.

I have a large project. Can I export everything at once? Yes, you can export your full project using our Full Project Export Service, which is available for an additional charge.

What’s the minimum contract duration? The minimum runtime is 12 months.

What happens when a project ends?

When your project ends, you have two options:

Download – You can choose to download the entire project, including all associated documentation.
Archive Subscription – Alternatively, you can subscribe to an archive plan, and we’ll keep the project active and accessible for you.

What are the payment terms? All prices are monthly prices paid annually.
